I was new to the area and really wanted someone homegrown that knew the location we were looking. Winslow was strategic and very thoughtful when it came to locations he thought we would want to look at. He did not attempt to push anything on us and even better still, found the house we ended up purchasing. We were first time home buyers and very apprehensive to the buying process. Winslow was available whenever needed and several times stepped in to help take a burden off our plate which just took so much of the stress out. I think most importantly and maybe his best quality as an agent is his ability to set reasonable expectations and timelines. As a buyer you can handle a lot more than you think as long as you see the twists and turns coming and with Winslow we always felt like we were two steps ahead of the process, which make things that could have been major issues seem minor. He has infinite patience for you as the buyer and for the selling team as well. Overall a fantastic process and I will be sending all the business I can Mr. Lee's way from here on. 5 Stars.
